At Biona, we strive for the highest quality in every organic product; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a return authorization number and the return shipping address.
- 3.Package Securely
Place the unopened food items back into their original shipping box, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
